Nov. 18: PCORI Board of Governors Meeting
8:30 a.m.; Teleconference/Webinar
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) will hold its Board of Governors Meeting in Atlanta. The meeting is open to the public and will be available via teleconference and webinar. The board is tentatively scheduled to present its strategic plan, strategic issues, and 2014 budget for approval, among other items.

Nov. 19: House Committee Hearing on Health Care Website Data Security
10 a.m.; 2318 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, D.C.
The House Science, Space, and Technology Committee will hold a hearing on the security of the data entered through the new health care Web site.

Nov. 21: PCAST Meeting
9:30 a.m.; 2101 Constitution Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C.
The President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) will meet on Nov. 21. The group is tentatively scheduled to discuss the PCAST Education Information Technology letter report, PCAST cybersecurity report, and privacy and technology.
