How do I gain access to the Web-based PDWS?
At the beginning of the season, DMEs/DIOs will give super users (commonly program directors and/or coordinators) access to the PDWS. Later, program super users will then give access to other users with roles like interviewer\reviewer.

Step 1

Once given access according to your role, you will receive an email invite as pictured below:

Step 2

Before you can access the PDWS, you will need to click the link within the email invite (see image above) to have a role associated with your AAMC account.

Step 3

This will take you to the PDWS sign-in page. Either log in with your existing account or register for a new AAMC account.

Step 4

After you have signed in, you will have access to the PDWS and can sign in to the PDWS from the ERAS for programs website from now on.

  • Microsoft Windows XP, Vista (32 bit), or Windows 7 (32 bit)
  • 512MB of RAM
