ERAS Registration

ERAS registration for DMEs (Directors of Medical Education), DIOs (Designated Institution Officials), and programs.

Registration allows you to:

  • Designate an ERAS contact
  • Update contact information
  • Indicate your program participation status in ERAS

How to Register

To register, please visit EAM (ERAS Account Maintenance). You will need your login ID and password (sent via email) to access the system. If you have not received your registration email, please contact the ERAS HelpDesk or at 202-828-0413.

  • Your login ID and password are case sensitive, so be sure to use lowercase letters only when logging in to EAM.
  • Confirm your program’s participation status. The participation status will be listed under the Account Overview Tab.
  • Update contact information pertaining to your program in order to ensure you receive ERAS emails.
  • Programs should include their web address in their program listing information section to ensure that applicants have access to relevant information such as program accreditation, requirements, and deadlines.

Note: Even after registration is complete, you may continue to access EAM to make program updates throughout the season.

Help Applicants Apply Smart

Our hope is that applicants will make more informed decisions in a timely manner, when programs populate the following optional fields in EAM under the “Program Listing” tab:

  • Web site – Add your program’s complete URL (including the prefix “http://”) to provide applicants an active hyperlink to your Web Page;
  • Program Information for Applicant – Add deadlines, descriptions of your patient population, curriculum/training opportunities, and/or any other information unique to your program;
