As of Friday, March 13, the AAMC staff are teleworking until further notice.
Because the health and welfare of our staff, families, and members is of highest priority, we took this action following the declaration of a public health emergency and a state of emergency in the District of Columbia where the AAMC is headquartered. As a major employer in the District, we are committed to doing our part to diminish the risk of further spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
This does not mean we are closing. To the contrary, we will continue to serve the academic medical community, our learners, and our country through this public health crisis. We will do our best to continue business as usual.
