The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) will hold a Board of Governors meeting via webinar/teleconference to discuss various agenda items. The meeting will be held via teleconference/webinar with no public comments. More information will be posted to the website as it comes available.

Feb. 25: House Labor-HHS Hearing on FY 2016 Request for HHS
10 a.m.; 2358-C Rayburn House Office Building
The House Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (Labor-HHS) Appropriations Subcommittee will hold a hearing to discuss the administration’s fiscal year (FY) 2016 request for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell is scheduled to testify.

Feb. 26-27: MACPAC Meeting
1 p.m.; One Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, D.C.
The Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and Access Commission (MACPAC) will hold a public meeting. The agenda is available on the MACPAC website, where they also accept public comments.

Feb. 26: Senate VA Hearing on FY 2016 Budget
9:30 a.m.; 418 Russell Senate Office Building
The Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs will hold a hearing to discuss the administration’s fiscal year (FY) 2016 budget for veterans’ programs and FY 2017 advance appropriations request. Witness testimony will be made available on the committee’s website.

Feb. 26: House E&C Subcommittee Hearing on FY 2016 Request for HHS
10 a.m.; 2123 Rayburn House Office Building
The House Energy and Commerce (E&C) Subcommittee on Health will hold a hearing to discuss the administration’s fiscal year (FY) 2016 request for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell is scheduled to testify.

Feb. 26: Senate HELP Hearing on Public Health Preparedness
10 a.m.; 430 Dirksen Senate Office Building
The Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions (HELP) Committee will hold a hearing to discuss public health preparedness and response. Witness testimony will be made available on the committee’s website.
