    On the Hill 

    Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) and Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) both announced this week their resignation from their House seats. Special election dates to fill the seats have yet to be set.  

    Meanwhile, Democrat Analilia Mejia won the House special election in New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District on Thursday, filling the vacant seat previously held by Governor Mikie Sherrill.
