    Resilience and Well-Being (RW) CoP

The Resilience and Well-Being Community of Practice (CoP) brings together faculty, professional staff, well-being professionals, and institutional leaders who are committed to creating healthier and more sustainable workplaces across academic medicine. The community emphasizes organizational approaches that reduce burnout, promote professional fulfillment, strengthen psychological safety, and support well-being across roles and career stages.

Through shared learning and collective action, the Resilience and Well-Being CoP helps members advance workplace conditions in which faculty and professional staff can thrive.
