Conversations That Matter (CTM) is a dialogue-based series designed to bring faculty and professional staff together for shared learning, reflection, and exchange. Using a small group, facilitated format, CTM sessions create space for participants to explore timely topics, share perspectives, and discuss practical approaches relevant to the academic workforce.
Offered both in person and virtually throughout the year, CTM sessions provide an opportunity to learn from peers, gain insight into diverse institutional practices, and build meaningful connections. Key themes and takeaways are shared below following each session to support continued learning and application across institutions.
