The Human Resources Community of Practice (CoP) connects human resources professionals, faculty affairs professionals, institutional leaders, and workforce partners across academic medicine. The community explores strategies, policies, data, and operational practices that strengthen recruitment, retention, talent development, workplace effectiveness, and long-term workforce planning.
Through collaboration and the exchange of promising practices, the community helps institutions develop responsive, effective, and forward-looking workforce strategies.
