The Professional Staff Community of Practice (CoP) supports the growth, visibility, connection, and career advancement of professional staff across academic medicine. The community provides a collaborative space for professional staff and their partners to exchange promising practices, strengthen professional identity and leadership capacity, and address the opportunities and challenges that shape staff careers.
Through peer connection and shared problem-solving, the Professional Staff CoP elevates professional staff contributions and helps members build meaningful, visible, and sustainable careers.
