    Standardized Immunization Form
    This form, which aims to improve the process for submitting student immunization forms to institutions that host visiting students, may be adopted for use by any institution which hosts visiting students, regardless if the institution receives applications through the AAMC’s Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS®).

    Uniform Clinical Training Agreement
    The AAMC Uniform Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement is a simple, one-size-fits-all agreement designed to spell out roles and responsibilities between a medical education program and its clinical affiliates, and to eliminate time spent negotiating (and re-negotiating) agreements.

    GSA Member Handbook (Sign In Required)
    A comprehensive online resource for GSA members that includes handbooks for the Admissions Officer, the Financial Aid Officer, the Student Affairs Officer, the Student Diversity Affairs, and the Student Records Administrator. The new resource also includes handbooks for the regional groups, as well as AAMC services and initiatives, GSA organizational structure, GSA representatives roles and responsibilities, and contact information for AAMC staff. The GSA will continue to evaluate and refresh the resources available to you and welcomes your feedback.

    Programs, Services, and Databases

    AAMC Visiting Student Learning Opportunities™
    The AAMC Visiting Student Learning Opportunities™ (VSLO®) program enables medical and public health students to pursue short-term learning opportunities in locations away from their home institutions. Program participants include medical and public health students and institutions in the U.S. and around the globe.

    GME Track
    This resident database and tracking system assists GME administrators and program directors in the collection and management of GME data.

    Student Records System (SRS) (Sign In Required)
    This centralized, online enrollment information enables all medical school student records administrators to track all individual students during their progress from matriculation through graduation. The SRS also supports the LCME in reporting enrollment measures. A more extensive introduction to the SRS is available.
