Five student-led 2-hour workshops for first year medical students with the assistance of student facilitators and input and guidance from faculty advisors focused on Critical Consciousness in Medicine (CCM). Workshops involve a mix of whole-class presentations and small-group discussions. Session topics include identity and interpersonal relationships, privilege, health disparities, and implicit bias.
