Advancing DEIAJ in Medical Didactics: A Toolkit for Educators

Description

A student-designed toolkit to guide redesign of curricular materials using principles of intersectionality, anti-racism, and activism discourse. The toolkit can be used by anyone involved in curriculum development, either retrospectively to review and update existing educational materials, or prospectively during initial development of materials. No background familiarity with diversity, equity, inclusion, advocacy, and justice (DEIAJ) concepts is required for use of the toolkit.
