AAMC Co-Sponsored Webinar: GBA Human Resources Interest Group and GFA
In an effort to maximize resources the Medical College of Wisconsin transitioned its Office of Faculty Affairs to a more strategic partnership with the Office of Human Resources in early 2010. The AAMC presented a Webinar hosted by the Medical College of Wisconsin that chronicles the lessons learned in developing the partnership at MCW as-well-as an overview of the organizational benefits and potential challenges.
Articles intended to consolidate information based on current writing and research on HR-relevant issues, trends, and ideas that impact the people in our organizations. Papers will include topics for discussion, items of current interest, and/or future trends to ponder.
