Webinar: The Use of Data in Master Planning

A master plan offers the opportunity to rethink and reevaluate the space necessary to be a successful organization. Despite the limitations of undergoing major changes in a resource constrained environment, planning for a facility framework that can achieve the institution’s mission, maximize faculty success, and provide a successful student and research experience is critical. This webinar highlighted the master planning processes for two very different institutions and revealed the impact of the plan on reimagining space. The focus was placed on the outcomes, tools, and techniques for how space can be viable, current and flexible in the future.
