Benchmarking Tool - How Well Does Your School Advance Women?
This editable presentation allows GWIMS members and WIMS groups to compare their schools women faculty numbers with national averages using the benchmarking tables provided below. The presentation also contains a summary of the national data in the report along with suggested action steps. We encourage GWIMS members and Women in Medicine and Science groups on local campuses to use this presentation with institutional leaders to review their data and develop appropriate action plans tailored to their school's needs. This presentation was made on PowerPoint 2013 and may have compatibility issues with older versions.
