Leadership

GRA Steering Committee

The purpose of the GRA Steering Committee is to forge a union of its diverse membership around a common mission of representing the GRA membership as national leaders in GME and to plan activities that help them stay informed about key developments in GME while developing institutional GME leaders.

Core Competency Committee

The Core Competency Committee was created in order to review and revise “Core Competencies for Institutional GME Leaders/Designated Institutional Officials.” The members are tasked with updating the Core Competencies for Institutional GME Leaders/Designated Institutional Officials based on changes in the GME environment and the evolving role of the institutional GME leader.

GME Leadership Development Certificate Program Advisory Committee

To assure the long-term stability and quality of the GME Leadership Development Certificate Program, the Advisory Committee will provide oversight of the curriculum, director, and faculty and report its findings and recommendations to the GRA Chair.

Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee will produce nominations for the Chair-Elect and other open positions of the GRA Steering Committee. The Nominations Committee will recommend to the Steering Committee any replacement Officer, if the previously elected person is unable to serve.

Program Committee

The Program Committee is charged with producing the annual GRA conference. Members will help develop a theme and format for the conference, prepare the call for proposals and posters, review and select proposals and posters, identify and invite plenary speakers and lead plenary sessions.

Resource Clearinghouse Task Force

The resource clearinghouse is tasked to research, identify and recommend a set of resource needs by the community, a way to organize the resources, potential mechanisms for delivering to the GME community and how to sustain and manage the clearinghouse over time.
