    Allison M.B Webb is an Army PGY-4 in the combined Internal Medicine-Psychiatry program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate medical training at Duke University School of Medicine and holds a Master's in Teaching from American University. In addition to her core medical studies, she focuses her extracurricular and academic efforts in studying medical education and medical leadership. This led her to collaborate with peers to publish an article in Academic Medicine titled “A First Step Toward Understanding Best Practices in Leadership Training in Undergraduate Medical Education: A Systematic Review.” She also enjoyed her year as a scholar in the Feagin Medical Leadership Program. As a resident, she currently serves on the Walter Reed Graduate Medical Education Committee and is recruitment chair for her residency program.

    As a member of the Organization of Resident Representatives (ORR) with the AAMC, she serves as Chair as well as a resident representative to the Group on Women in Medicine and Science (GWIMS). Her interests include how to teach medical students and residents to become physician leaders and reducing physicians’ cognitive biases.
