Sign up for the GSA

The Group on Student Affairs (GSA) addresses issues in medical school admissions, student affairs, student diversity affairs, student financial assistance, and student records at all member medical schools.

Membership in the GSA is limited to individuals who hold administrative positions in one or more of the five areas of GSA expertise at an AAMC-member medical school.

Upon review, eligible members will be enrolled in GSA communications and invited to join the GSA Virtual Communities most relevant to their institutional position and region. Request an account here. If you already have an account, you will be automatically added to the group.

Please contact your school’s dean’s office if you believe you should also be appointed Institutional Representative for any of the five areas of expertise, or Voting Institutional Representative. Institutional GSA Representatives are the most senior staff members responsible for one the disciplines, and appointed by the Dean.
