    The University of Miami Health System, or “UHealth,” has successfully cultivated a dynamic social media presence through a multifaceted content strategy. This strategy led to an impressive 22.3% increase in total followers and a remarkable 152.8% surge in total engagement over the past year. Notably, UHealth achieved a vibrant 744% engagement increase on TikTok and a 164% surge on LinkedIn, prompting LinkedIn to seek insights from our human resources team regarding engagement best practices. 
    What was the most impactful part of your entry? 

    The most impactful aspect of our entry is the substantial growth in followers and engagement rates achieved through our dynamic social media strategy. This growth demonstrates our ability to effectively engage and educate our audience, solidifying UHealth’s position as a trusted source of medical information. 
    What challenge did you overcome? 
    One notable challenge we overcame was adapting our content strategy to different social media platforms while being a small team. By tailoring our approach for each platform, we achieved remarkable engagement increases on TikTok and LinkedIn, showcasing our adaptability.
