This 90-minute webinar, held on October 8, 2024, was the first of a two-part series, hosted by the Group on Information Resources. It explored the responsibility we all have to provide an appropriate education to all students, and not just typical learners. In the first part of this series, the speakers began with a student sharing their experiences in medical education, highlighting the accessibility challenges that impeded their learning journey. The speakers then looked at accessibility measures that can be taken into the physical classroom space. Finally, they discussed how to advocate for learners' needs within your institution.
