Vizient and the AAMC recently surveyed 40 health systems across 24 states to uncover how organizations are managing medical advice messages and structured e-visits—and shared key findings from this research. During this webinar sponsored by the Group on Faculty Practice (GFP), experts from ECU Health and Michigan Medicine discussed real-world challenges and lessons learned in implementing AI-driven response technology for MyChart messages and optimizing workflows for structured and unstructured e-visits. Attendees discovered strategies to address the surge in patient-initiated portal messages, which has increased significantly since the pandemic, and how to best implement e-visits.
