Medicine@Brown is the alumni magazine of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. It is published three times a year and distributed to roughly 13,500 alumni, faculty, parents of medical students, staff, and key local partners.
What was the most impactful part of your entry?
The most impactful part of the entry is the consistent quality in writing and visuals. Each issue sustains the level of excellence.
What is one thing you learned from your entry/experience?
One challenge we have faced is creating the same high quality with the same budget, when the costs of printing, postage, and freelance photography have increased significantly in recent years. We are not in a position to ask for more funding, so we have to be creative in our mailing practices and find other cost-saving measures.
