    Advanced career faculty possess a rich repertoire of professional knowledge, skills, and experience. These attributes provide a foundation for exploring what might come next at this stage in their professional journey. This webinar will highlight the strengths of advanced career faculty and explore strategies to support faculty as they pursue new opportunities, navigate transitions, plan for retirement, and beyond. Participants will gain an understanding of effective programs which support advanced career faculty and will be invited to consider how they might enhance or create similar resources at their own institutions.
