Gender-Affirming Care With Transgender and Genderqueer Patients: A Standardized Patient Case

A standardized case focused on gender affirming care.  The case focuses on the care of trans as well as cis- gendered patients, as portraying trans patients along with cisgender patients allows educators to identify biased recommendations that necessitate additional training. The case includes a standardized patient checklist and post-encounter assessment.
