Advisor Information System (AIS) Access Request Form

The AAMC Advisor Information System (AIS) provides prehealth advisors with access to American Medical College Application Service® (AMCAS®) application information, Medical College Admission Test® (MCAT®), and AAMC PREview® professional readiness exam scores.  

This form must be completed by the AIS Access Manager to request authorization to manage prehealth advisor access to the AIS for your institution. To qualify as an AIS Access Manager, you must supervise or have oversight of your institution’s health profession advising function, while not acting as an advisor yourself (as you will not be able to grant yourself access), and must have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your institution. AIS Access Managers may have the title of dean, vice dean, vice president, or similar. An institution may have only one AIS Access Manager.
