Government Relations Representatives (GRR)
The Government Relations Representatives (GRR) group advances nonpartisan advocacy for academic medicine by providing a forum for federal relations staff at medical schools, teaching hospitals, and health systems to consult with AAMC staff on evolving federal legislative and regulatory issues, initiatives, and strategies.

GRR Listserv
The GRR listserv is used to update group members on relevant legislative and regulatory news, activities, and resources. It’s also used to promote upcoming meetings and events.
Only designated GRR members are eligible for subscription to the GRR listserv.
Membership
GRR members must be appointed by a medical school dean or teaching hospital/health system CEO. Your dean or CEO's office may communicate your appointment by email to gov-relations@aamc.org, or make group appointments online via My Engagement.
GRR Resource Center
The AAMC offers a wide range of resources to GRR members in order to keep members up to date on the AAMC’s advocacy and policy priorities and issues affecting academic medicine (sign in required).
