Upcoming Program
Empowering People and Teams will be delivered as a series of focused, high-impact virtual workshops. While each workshop may be taken individually, the curriculum is intentionally designed as a progressive series, and participants are strongly encouraged to enroll in all three workshops for the most comprehensive development experience.
- Workshop 1: Leveraging Strengths and Differences — July 28 and 30, 2026
- Workshop 2: Developing High-Performing Teams — Sep. 22 and 24, 2026
- Workshop 3: Leading People — Feb. 9 and 11, 2027
Each workshop session runs from 1-4 p.m. ET.
Registration and Fees
Registration for the 2026 workshops will open in the spring.
The registration fee for all three workshops is $1,800, or each workshop is $675. The fee does not include the optional CME fee.
