By attending Leading for Impact, you will have an opportunity to develop actionable strategies that address your unique leadership challenges related to shaping organizational culture, leading through change, and strategic implementation.
Who Should Attend?
This program is open to faculty, professional and administrative staff. Representative titles may include, but are not limited to, Associate or Vice Dean, Center Director, Administrator, Department or Vice Chair, Designated Institutional Official, Executive or Senior Director, Division or Section Chief.
Participant responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, budgetary and strategic operational planning, the oversight of administration and accreditation, administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, faculty development, performance and human resource management, and financial planning and management.

Registration and Fees
Registration for the winter offering will open in September 2025.
The registration fee for the 2025 program was $2,950 for AAMC member institutions and $3,375 for non-members. Fees may slightly increase in future offerings. Early bird rates are available for 30 days after registration opens.
The fee does not include the optional CME fee or travel and hotel accommodations for in-person sessions; however, most meals are provided.
