The annual Mercer IHN – Healthcare Systems & Hospital Compensation Survey is a collaboration between Mercer and the AAMC Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH) to conduct an executive salary survey, enhancing the quality of compensation data available to COTH members. The survey collects compensation information on healthcare system and hospital executives. Executive Summary results are shared with survey participants.
