This data snapshot examines data from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME®) Annual Medical School Questionnaire Part II to present the numbers of full-time, part-time, and volunteer faculty across LCME-accredited medical schools. The proportion of faculty by type from 2010 through 2025 and faculty proportions by school characteristics are presented.
