Student and Academic Affairs Professional Advancement Network
The Group on Student Affairs (GSA) Professional Development Initiative is evolving into the Student and Academic Affairs Professional Advancement Network. We will continue to support and empower professionals across student affairs and educational affairs through validated, role-based critical behaviors, career development tools, professional learning opportunities, and a strong national peer network.
We are currently updating the performance framework and related resources to ensure they remain timely and relevant. During this process, resources previously available have been temporarily removed from AAMC.org.
The updated framework will reflect a broader range of professional roles and areas of functional expertise while maintaining the initiative's long-standing commitment to professional growth and development.
