Research brief which demonstrates how AAMC member hospitals and health systems are addressing the SDOH such as health like poverty, lack of transportation, and unemployment through their CHNA and IS work, the AAMC analyzed CHNA and IS documents from 2013 to 2017. The documents represent 97 hospitals in 33 states and the District of Columbia.
