ERAS for Residency Applicants

Register for MyERAS

To access MyERAS, first contact your Designated Dean’s Office; they will issue you an ERAS token, which is a one-time access code used to register on MyERAS.

Within your MyERAS account, you may create personal statement(s); identify the people who will write letters of recommendation (LoRs); authorize the release your COMLEX-USA and/or USMLE transcripts; and manage all other documents. Each program sets individual requirements for the ERAS documents that should be submitted with the MyERAS application. Applicants should research programs individually to determine those requirements before making document assignments.

MyERAS Application

The MyERAS application is the form you will use to enter information about yourself. You will submit the MyERAS application along with your supporting documents when you apply to programs. Programs will use the information in your MyERAS application to determine if you are an eligible candidate for their program.

Applying to Programs

In MyERAS, the Programs tab is where you will search, save, and apply to programs. As well as assign documents, manage track selections and track the status of documents by programs applied to.
