Featured Tip: How To Upload LoRs

Once you have received a Letter Request Form from an applicant, you can upload their letter in 4 simple steps:

Step 1 of 4: Enter Letter ID
Click Add New LoR on the main page of the Letter of Recommendation (LoR) Manager. The Add LoR window will open; enter the Letter ID and click Continue.

Step 2 of 4: Verify Applicant & LoR Author Details
Mark the check box in the lower left corner of the window to confirm the information is correct.

Step 3 of 4: Upload the Letter
Click Browse to locate the PDF file for the letter. Click Continue

Step 4 of 4: Confirm
Confirm that you inserted the correct letter and do a final review before uploading. If you are satisfied with the letter, click Finish to proceed with uploading the letter.
