Student and Faculty Steps for Telemedicine Encounter by Phone

Description

This step-by-step guide details how a student and faculty may partner for a phone-based telemedicine visit. The learner first reviews the electronic health record (EHR) using the guidance provided in the handout. The learner completes the initial write up, then calls the patient. After the call, the learner calls the faculty member to discuss the call. The faculty member then calls the patient, before writing the final note in the EHR.
