PediatricEducation.org - Pediatric Digital Library

PediatricEducation.org is a library of FREE weekly general pediatric cases designed mainly for residents but also medical students and other health care providers. Over 700 cases are organized by specialty, symptom, disease, and age. Cases include more than 180 pediatric differential diagnoses. Curriculum maps are available for pediatric and family medicine residents and for medical students including maps based on COMSEP and the American Board of Pediatrics content*. The Educational Uses page gives ideas of how learners and educators might use the cases in local settings. Each case has a morning report type discussion and answers the question posed in the title. Pre-made current searches in PubMed and other authoritative resources as well as links to news articles, images and videos are included. The cases also pose questions for further discussion to continue to pique learner’s interest.
