Pediatric Sleep Disorders Module

Last Updated: May 29, 2020

Description

This resource is a high-yield learning module focused on pediatric sleep disorders. Because of an increased emphasis on asynchronous learning for physicians and physicians-in-training, we created an online module as an aid for medical learners of varying clinical levels to grasp a better understanding of pediatric sleep disorders. Our module is a stand-alone learning tool to assist medical students, pediatric residents, and pediatric neurology residents in learning about some basics of pediatric sleep medicine. There is currently no free educational module available to teach medical students and residents pediatric sleep content, including pediatric sleep disorders. This resource includes a comprehensive PowerPoint, as well as a pretest and a posttest for learners to assess their knowledge. This PowerPoint was created by a medical student, with input from a child neurologist and pediatric sleep medicine expert.
