The Management of the COVID-19 Patient with Respiratory Failure

Description

This activity will describe the presentation and management of respiratory failure in patients with COVID-19 infection. As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to:  

  • Identify those COVID-19 patients who require intensive care unit management
  • Choose correct isolation procedures for patients with COVID-19 requiring respiratory support
  • Select optimal ventilator settings and patient positioning for COVID-19 patients who require mechanical ventilation.
