COVID-19 for Immigrants: What You Need To Know

This resource is a graphic designed to inform medical students, health care providers, and patients about considerations for immigrants in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes information on eligibility for Medicaid and federal stimulus funding, current restrictions on immigration, immigration enforcement policies, requirements for collecting unemployment benefits, and details on how usage of public benefits may impact future eligibility for citizenship. This may be used as a resource for teaching medical students, providers, or patients about COVID-specific changes to immigration policies without the need for in-person instruction.
