Last Updated: March 29, 2020

Description

In 2017 we created an online learning platform for core topics in Infectious Diseases, with 14 modules. This is freely available and open-access at www.IDmodules.com. The modules are self-driven and designed for mid-to-senior-level medical students, interns, and residents. As authors, we represent multiple medical schools and medical institutions and drew from collective experiences and expertise to create this resource. Modules are available on the following topics:

  • Antibiotics
  • Fungal infections and anti-fungal therapy
  • Endocarditis
  • Community Acquired Pneumonia
  • Hospital and Ventilator Associated Pneumonia
  • Hepatitis C
  • HIV and anti-retroviral therapy
  • Febrile neutropenia
  • Tuberculosis
  • Tick-borne illness
  • Primary immunodeficiency syndromes
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Clostridiodes difficile
