Biographical Wardrobe Creation (Student Leadership Elective Module #1)

This is the first module of a student leadership elective designed by and for medical students at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Through participation in these modules, medical students will practice skills necessary for becoming effective leaders both in and outside the field of medicine. In this module, students will explore specialty options and identify areas of growth for becoming a competitive applicant in a chosen specialty. By the end of this module, students will have drafted a CV and begun the process of brainstorming for their personal statement. Completing this module will help students achieve the first step in leadership, self-development.
