The Miller School of Medicine’s Division of Development and Alumni Relations created this video to help anchor an innovative, multichannel communications campaign to increase donor engagement for National Doctors’ Day, 2019.
What is one thing you learned from this experience?
Your patients have the ability to be your health system’s most effective advocates. We were overwhelmed by the number of positive comments we received thanking our physicians for their care and compassion.
What challenge did you overcome?
We overcame the challenge of acting on the urge to “overproduce” and add to what the patients want to say.
