Research In Medical Education (RIME) Conference
The Research in Medical Education (RIME) Conference provides a forum for individuals to present the results of research on all aspects of medical education. The first RIME conference was held in 1962, and has occurred annually since then in conjunction with the AAMC Annual Meeting. The research and review papers to be presented at the conference are selected by a peer review process of the RIME planning committee.
The selected research and review papers are published in the journal of the AAMC, Academic Medicine. The abstracts of accepted presentations are also made available on the AAMC Web site. The conference also includes special symposia on relevant research topics and provides opportunities for individuals to develop medical education research skills through workshops and by meeting with renowned medical educators.
