During this presentation, speakers from three different schools discussed their approaches to communicating faculty compensation plans. Each school presented on their institution’s compensation philosophy and communication strategy, which ranged from institution-wide to department-based. Speakers discussed their institutional stakeholders and shared their approaches to communication. Speakers also showed their dashboards and tools they use to communicate.
