Personality

Who you are and how you relate to others is important in everyday life. Your style of interacting with patients, colleagues, and supervisors is especially crucial when choosing a specialty and identifying the type of work you want to perform within a specialty. In this section we offer you an option to enter your four-character “Type” from either the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® or the Keirsey Temperament Sorter. Because they are proprietary neither assessment is available online here – you must complete them elsewhere. Check with your advisor for information about the availability of the MBTI. The Keirsey Temperament Sorter is available online for a fee.
