    Advanced Leadership Program: A Masterclass for Experienced Associate Deans and Department Chairs

    The Advanced Leadership Program is uniquely curated for experienced associate deans and department chairs who are seeking solutions to their most complex organizational challenges. This two-and-a-half-day, interactive masterclass will prepare participants to influence change within their organization and apply decision making strategies to help them navigate in times of rapid change and uncertainty.

    By leveraging the expertise of world-class business leaders and esteemed leaders within academic medicine and science, participants will cultivate and enhance their leadership abilities through a combination of skill enrichment, action-planning sessions, the practical application of concepts, and facilitated peer collaboration.

    Application & Fees

    The application fee for the June offering was $2,700 and includes payment of the two-and-a-half-day program, course materials, three breakfasts, three lunches, refreshment breaks, and a networking reception. The application fee did not include the optional CME fee, travel, or hotel accommodations.
