    Building and Sustaining High Functioning Teams Webinar

    On September 17, 2020, the GIP presented a webinar on building and sustaining effective teams. Teaming is an essential component of any organization’s success. By developing a culture and skills that promote psychological safety and collaboration, a team leader can build this capacity and effectiveness. Group on Institutional Planning (GIP) members are often the "glue"- we play important roles in communication, collaboration and coordination within our institutions.
