Medicine@Brown is the alumni magazine of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. The magazine was reborn, redesigned, and relaunched in 2019.
What is one thing you learned from this experience?
We learned that change is, in fact, healthy and good and can push you to create in new and exciting ways.
What challenge did you overcome?
We overcame the challenge of relaunching a well-known magazine under a new name and with a new design. As much as we believed in what we were doing, there is always a nagging fear that people will reject something that is unfamiliar. Surprisingly, the new magazine was widely accepted and lauded.
