This session sponsored by the Group on Faculty Practice (GFP) and the Chief Medical Officers' Group (CMOG) included an overview of the telehealth regulatory framework, including which regulations changed during the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) and which will remain in the long-term after the PHE ends. It also included key considerations when reviewing telehealth arrangements, including reimbursement, professional board requirements/licensure/scope of practice, fraud and abuse considerations, corporate practice of medicine and privacy.
